"The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming...

"Personally, I would not stay again. I had a horrible experience from check-in to check out. The hotel is very outdated and the room we were given was very damaged and it just was not at all what I was expecting. We encountered an issue with our mini fridge and I did need it due to the fact that I am breast-feeding and they got me a fridge that didn’t even work and when I called later on to request one they pretty much told me there was nothing they could. Overall would not stay again"

"Staff were friendly and helpful....except for when I had an issue with no cold water in the shower, fiddled with it for 20 minutes but it was scalding hot. Maintenance guy showed up and wrenched the handle back and forth with way more force than should be required, apparently the mixing valve was stuck. He then proceeded to lecture me on how showers "worked". I know how showers work when they work properly. The tub drain was also very slow so that by the end of the shower I was ankle deep in...

"The staff I encountered were very helpful. My stay was overall good, This is my second time staying at this hotel. The only issue is the elevators. I believe there are 5 elevators yet, they take forever to come. There two times that I and others waited over 15 minutes for a elevator to arrive."
