"Loved every bit of this beautiful art deco hotel. Have stayed here twice and it does not disappoint but we were very fortunate to have superb suites on the highest level. The views from this hotel are just incredible and the location is perfect and so close to so many shops and the Empire State Building. The hotel does need some TLC but it all adds to the charm. Gorgeous hotel. "

Love a room with fridge and microwave,though "kitchenette" is mis-leading. You need to bring your own plates, cups, utensils if you plan to eat in your room. Large room, luggage storage helpful for early arrivals, late departures. "

"We stayed for two nights. The room was nice, the beds very comfortable. Service was great. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Little things: the little room refrigerator was totally taken up by the pay minibar, making it difficult to keep our water cold, etc. and we needed to seek the assistance of the staff twice because the television streaming app did not work for us as designed. Regardless, it was a very pleasant place to stay, and would recommend it."
