Cons: Reception staff were terrible - we had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Alex several times and he was disinterested and frankly quite rude. For the price of the hotel, additionally charging $4 an item to store bags after check out is really taking advantage of travellers with no other option. Rooms are ok, tired. No tea/coffee making facilities, not even a water glass in the rooms, we had one plastic cup to share between 3. Overall would expect more from the Hyatt brand."

"best location to go uptown & downtown manhattan. Penn station is next door if you go to Washington DC, Flixbus is one block away if you go to Phlky or Toronto."

"There was only one elevator working for our floors. Huge lines and long waits. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. We were on the 26th floor. I had my handicap parents with us so we had a van. The parking was 110$ every time you got your car out and brought back. It was horrible and this is not told to you on the website."
