Disappointed the hotel bar had very limited hours. Resort fee but no resort amenities! Super disappointed to be charged $4 a bag to store our luggage the day we left. Have stayed in other hotels in NYC and it’s always been complimentary!"

We had called a few days in advance to make some inquiries, but the front desk staff had absolutely no idea about the services offered."
