You pay a little extra for the spa package but it is well worth it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with all my questions. The room was large and well appointed. I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. "We missed the check in time by 2 mins, but someone answered the phone and let us in. We slept on soft beds. Had hot showers, ate a wonderful breakfast and headed on our way. It was great!"

"I loved the Panorama Sauna and the seating area around it. Parking was free and always available. The hotel provided a fan, because there is no aircon in the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
