"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. "Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…"

"The location, the hotel itself, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast and dinner were all wonderful. The Settai of Galilee was a truly dreamlike setting, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. I was a little disappointed that our private pool didn’t have a pool light, and there was some sand or granular debris on the bottom of the pool\. Nevertheless, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience\. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return\."
