"Stayed multiple times here - each time has been great."

"Was very impressed with the Accessibility room & staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were also good. My notes for improvement from an accessible needs view - while the entrance is wheelchair accessible the doors are narrow. Also, to get to the accessible room you have to go through a seperate door before you get to the room door. Wasnt very accessible given one person had to open the door and hold it while the other pushed the wheelchair. These were minor concerns but if improved would make the place more accessible."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it’s super tidy and clean. The only awkward situation was the parking - we had someone take our park and because we were in a larger vehicle it made it a little difficult. We were just assigned another parking spot but it was harder to park there than our original assigned parking spot. The staff were super lovely though and our room was a good size."

"The superior king room that I had was very comfortable. It was well appointed, spacious, quiet and the bed enabled a good night's sleep. Staff were helpful. Next time I need to stay in Wellington I will be staying here."

"The rooms are beautiful bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working the day we checked in so that was a huge disappointment and by the time it was fixed, it did not warm up enough for us to use it as we only stayed for two days. And the hot tub and pool are one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and its convenient location to Cuba Street. "
