The Space:

Indulge in absolute luxury at the sticks, a residence designed to accommodate up to 10 adults in style and comfort. Carefully curated designer furnishings adorn oversized and inviting spaces, creating an atmosphere of relaxation. The property seamlessly blends into its rural setting, with landscape design and native Australian plants enhancing the external appeal.



Spanning two wings, the sticks features five individually designed bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, luxury hotel quality beds, beautiful linen, towels, robes and slippers. Two king bedrooms can also be split into single beds on request, offering greater flexibility for groups. Each bedroom enjoys its own outlook across the escarpments or surrounding landscape, along with direct access to a private outdoor space. An additional full guest bathroom sits at the heart of the property.



Noteworthy is the newly added custom-designed 8.5 metre round swimming pool, elevating the outdoor experience.



The lavish kitchen boasts a butler's pantry, laundry, wine fridge, bar area, two dishwashers, and dual ovens. With a Supercalla touch, the kitchen is fully equipped for a culinary feast, featuring multiple appliances, cooking utensils, and an abundantly stocked pantry. The chef's kitchen centrepiece is a stunning cantilevered concrete island bench with seating for five, complemented by an adjacent breakfast area for informal dining or conversations. Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen is a lounge and dining area with soaring 5 metre high ceilings, framed predominantly in glass, providing an intimate atmosphere with ample seating options.



The dining room is a spectacle, accommodating 12 guests around a bespoke, locally crafted timber table scorched by fire, paying homage to the surrounding bushland. An imposing 9 metre high and 5 metre wide off-form concrete chimney anchors the home to the landscape, featuring a large wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights.



Extend your living space to the generous entertaining deck, complete with a locally crafted dining table for 18 people and a built-in gas BBQ. Bar stools, armchairs, and tiered deck seating create a relaxing environment to witness the changing colours of the escarpments and observe kangaroos and a host of other wildlife emerging from the trees.



For entertainment enthusiasts, the sticks offers a media room with comfortable seating, an 85-inch TV with Netflix, Playstation4, board games, and an extensive DVD collection. Alternatively, unwind in the reading area with captivating views into the rainforest canopy.

The Neighborhood:

The centre of Kangaroo Valley township is about a 15 minute drive and there are restaurants, cafes, a general store, post office, a pub, homewares and collectible stores, antiques, real estate agencies and a petrol station.



Getting Around:

- Kangaroo Valley township is only 10 minute drive with plenty of street and off-street parking.

- The nearest train station is Moss Vale which is a 30 minute drive (north).

- Berry township and Seven Mile beach are both circa 30-45 minutes drive (east).

- The nearest large shopping centre is either Bomaderry (south) or Moss Vale (north), both are 30 minutes drive away.

Please note the sticks welcomes children over the age of 10.

A stay at the sticks requires a refundable security bond of $3,000. Your bond will be refunded after we have completed the post stay inspection on the day of departure.
