"Dead bugs on the bathroom window ledge with the courtesy shampoo. Live spiders and earwigs. Shower leaked and Charlie wanted to come in and fix it. Should have been done before I got there. Arrived at check in time, had to wait 30 min for Charlie to get there. No ice machine. True flea bag motel. Run away!!"

"We had a very relaxing stay at Sunset Beach House. The house had everything we needed & the master bathroom was such a treat with a soaking jacuzzi. It is very dog friendly with an enclosed back yard that our dog immediately enjoyed. The best part of our stay was having our meals on the private dock. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. It is conveniently located next to a friendly place where we rented a pontoon to explore the lake. One of our best family vacations. Thank you Jon & Susan for sharing your home with us."
"The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel seems to have good security measures. The staff is always friendly and I was always greeted by everyone with a smile. This is my second time staying here and I'll definitely return again. One of the nicest hotels to stay at in the area."

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful lakefront home in Nice, CA for our family’s 4th of July getaway. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved the direct water access—it made the weekend feel like a true escape. One of the highlights was the private pier great for fishing and boat dock, which made lake time so easy and enjoyable.The home also featured a fantastic hot tub, a nice BBQ grill. Great outdoor sitting areas with prefer views. Which was such a fun and nice touch for group meals! We had 12 adults and still felt completely comfortable thanks to the spacious layout. It gave us plenty of room to spread out, yet still feel connected and cozy.The host was incredibly kind and responsive. We chatted a few times, and every response was quick and helpful. I also really appreciated how dog-friendly the home was—we brought three small dogs and had no issues at all!Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. From the location and amenities to the hospitality, it was the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and make memories. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special lakefront retreat"
