"Perfect location for lake Louise, moraine, and emerald lake/yoho Loved having a kitchen. Very useful. Great staff who helped with everything Bear spray to borrow. Ice from front desk staff Was worried that it would be hot with no AC but cooler quickly at night with fans and open windows/doors"

"Good for a x1 night stay, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and kids enjoyed the cookies in reception We were unfortunately disturbed by noise from neighbours until midnight, very thin walls and also noise from the trains which run directly behind the hotel."

"Our stay at Emerald Lake Lodge exceeded our expectations - yes it’s expensive but an absolute joy to spend time there, we wish we’d stayed more than one night! The shuttle bus is easy and we had the best night’s sleep too. The lounge was lovely for a relaxed meal and you could eat from the main menu even though you weren’t sat in the mount burgess restaurant. Only downside was breakfast felt expensive for a buffet."
