"The staff was amazing and treated my family wonderfully. Provided two panda (stuffed animals) for my kids and promptly brought room service to us late at night. Great place. thanks."

"No hot water - it took literally 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower! Glass shelf in the bathroom fell off - I caught it before it hit the floor or toilet. The furniture and carpet were really ratty, but the maids kept the floor and sinks clean. Bathtub was rusty. Now the good stuff - the cleaning staff were great and the elevator was the fastest I’ve ever encountered - never more than a minute wait and we were on the 10th floor. Verdict - we would stay there again, but for the lack of hot water for showers. Let us know when you get that problem fixed."

Family neighborhood of actual New Yorkers, with wonderful restaurants and food stores nearby. European style comfort with friendly and accomodating staff. Highly recommend."
