"Staff was friendly, seamless checkin, loved my capsule (1 in 6 bed). There is no elevator but I lucked out not having to climb the stairs. Bring in the capsule took getting used to (5 ft 5) not too narrow like twin bed size. It was convenient to the subway station but note C & B trains do not run late (B) not on weekends which I didn’t realize. Great for a quick overnight and would highly recommend. The hearing got noisy here and there through the night but I appreciated the clean, safe environment plus private toilet for our room. The lockers in the room are small and space is tight. Luckily I pack light so not a problem for me."

"Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser. All beds were very comfortable. AC was cold. Good water pressure in shower. Could use a bath mat and hand towel in bathroom. Also, a hand towel in kitchen; and a second set of keys. But none of this hampered our long weekend stay. Would stay here again."
