I liked the hotel; it's in a central area, clean, and the room was a good size. The breakfast was very good (quite a variety), and the staff was friendly.

Nice clean room, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, great location. Noisy some (weekend) nights as near busy bars and restaurants so see if you can get a room at the back if that’s a concern

This was our last favorite hotel stay during our trip. The room and bathroom were very very small. The shower door doesn't go all the way to the floor which meant the floor outside the shower got wet. You could tell it's a continuous issue because the paint is peeling on the trim by the bathroom door and there was mold on the flooring right outside the bathroom. It got really hot in the room and you could only open the windows a tiny bit (no fan we could find either), but when you did there was a ton of noise from the restaurants and street outside. The bed was really hard. Breakfast had a good selection of options and it was a pretty convenient location in Uppsala, the luggage storage option was nice.

Nice hotel with a helpful staff. But we had a few issues. The bathroom was clean but the glasses were quite dirty. The only bathroom amenities are shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was no phone in the room so have your cell phone handy to call the desk. Room service was unavailable due to a lack of staff and not every option on the restaurant menu available. We also lost television service for a time during the world cup. Luckily there was a sports bar down the street. The location is great with many shops and restaurants nearby. It is also convenient to any sights you may want to see. I give the desk staff 5 stars. They are very friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite hotel in Uppsala. Everything is wonderful especially the waitress Anna from the Social Bar in the hotel. She makes the stay so pleasant that keeps us wanting to come back.

Excellent hotel close to everything in Uppsala. The main highlight is breakfast—truly delicious and very Swedish (even has several types of pickled herring for enthusiasts).

Nice and central hotel, good breakfast, possibility to rent a bike. However, I booked this hotel specifically since it had a pool and Spa and it turns out both are closed during summer which is not highlighted anywhere upon booking. Otherwise all good and would come again!
