"My stay was 9/10. The location is convenient cos of proximity to a bunch of stores and restaurants. The website photos look great but in reality all of the room furniture was old and felt very worn. I sat on the couch and the cushion sunk in. However the bed was great!"

"The best part of staying here was the location. It was a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted: Golf courses, pickleball, retail, restaurants, etc. The reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because there were a couple of issues while there. Carri was responsive, however, and took care of them quickly. Also, the appliances were a bit dated and we would have prefered a king size bed and a walk in shower. The description was accurate, however, so that was our choice. It did have what we needed and we were fairly comfortable."

"The house was so incredibly clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need! It felt like home! Bill and Brenda are fabulous owners and their communication is top notch. We spent many hours at the pool that is located right out the front door! This place has it all. It’s close to so many amenities, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. The location is hard to beat; near the Surprise spring training field, pickleball courts, and fun new restaurants. Our host was the best; answering questions and helping us extend our stay. Highly recommend!"
