"Walked into the bathroom and noticed a used soap bar on the shower shelf. Walked into the shower after starting it to warm up the shower and almost feel due to the VERY slippery tile right next to the shower opening. Our room was right over the breakfast area and we could hear the sliding noise chairs and banging of other items. The sheets were very itchy and seemed like they were washed in straight bleach. The female that checked us in was very friendly and was absolutely a pleasure with a very fast check in. Air conditioning worked surprisingly good. TV volume was unacceptable as we had to set it to 30 to hear it. "

"This location worked great for a long weekend getaway we had with a few members of our family. The kitchen seemed to have everything we need for standard cooking (we mostly just had breakfasts there). The living room space is large and provided lots of area for us all to interact without being on-top of each other. The basketball pop-a-shot was lots of fun for my kiddos, and the parks very close nearby were great. I thought the beds were comfortable as well. "

"The front desk lady was fantastic! Very friendly and patient and made the experience start off on a good note. Room was pretty standard but very clean and comfortable. The exterior and surrounding area doesn't look appealing but don't let it fool you! The only downside is the jets that'll fly over in the day and the train. The horn will be right next to where the property is so it will startle you and it could be day or night so be warned. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again :)"

"Clean, well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only four minutes from Surprise Tennis and Racquet Club, as well as groceries and shopping. Loved that the pool table was located in main space for socializing. The pool, with colored underwater lighting and waterfall definitely made it relaxing and vacation worthy."
