"I didn’t enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. The parking garage is a hassle to access with heavy luggage, wrong room was given, no room service as advised, we were told that we could call and order food for pickup from the bar/restaurant but then they told us we couldn’t do it when we tried the next day, we were told no to nearly everything. Completely empty shampoo bottle when we arrived, which I discovered in the middle of my shower. This is not a luxury hotel and possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in as far as service and amenities go. They will not lift a finger to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I was shocked by this, as I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels over the years. This hotel is unlike and Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever. My daughter was unexpectedly sick when we arrived and they wouldn’t even let us order and pick up food from the restaurant to avoid getting other people sick. Absolutely awful experience all around."

"Had two double rooms. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was good. Location was very good. Breakfast was standard. No complaints. Would stay again."

"Booked two nights from Expedia. On the first night, I was badly bitten by a bed bug. Captured it alive and showed it to the front desk, then switched me to a new room. However, it is too late, and I cannot sleep anymore cause it always feels like there are more bed bugs. Had to cancel the second night and have been waiting for the hotel to deal with it. However, no one has ever contacted me, nor has there been any update on the refund for more than a week."

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back there at LEAST! I will say she kept such a great attitude & was so kind & quick despite being slammed constantly. Some customers were grumpy with her because of the wait but she handled it with so much grace. I wish I got her name, but she deserves a raise. The basketball was cool. Definitely dog pee stains in some areas of hotel. It wasn’t really worth the price/hype but the staff was nice."
