The staff was extremely friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The premises have been recently renovated, and the old quarters for railroad employees offer now a very welcoming stay to the travelers. The showers are outstanding for a hotel this category. Great location on the lake, close to town center. Easy street parking. Our room had a balcony and view of the lake. We really enjoyed beautiful Puigcerdà!

Hotel was a surprise given its 3 star classification. Excellent restaurant, friendly and professional staff. Value for money.

Great breakfast! Nice hiking opportunities, we walked for 6 hours and could go much further if didn't forget to take sufficient amount of water.

Great breakfast included

The lunch menu is outstanding.

Spectacular rooms, beautiful little castle. Good service. Love the place. Bathroom as big as an apartment

Due to a mishap with our bus we got to the hotel very late, the receptionist was extremely helpful and tried to get us a taxi and stayed late to let us in. The breakfast was simple but nice and included in the price of the stay.

A cozy hotel perched on the top of the mountain in Font Romeu. Hotel is right in town and you can easily walk to restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the mountains and valley below.
