"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Miss Y. Nokura deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. She was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful throughout my visit. I would also like to mention Thu, who was equally attentive and always willing to lend a hand. It is clear that the team here takes pride in providing excellent service, and these two staff members are a perfect example of that. Their warm and genuine attitude made all the difference in my experience, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service."
