"Poor... No communication around private events on site. Some of the staff have a major attitude problem and are deflective of the issuea at hand. We asked them to post private events sooner rather than the morning of when people are hungry "

"Staying for Disney so hotel offered all that was needed for busy and short stay. Room was smaller without good space for cases but bed was comfortable, bathroom did the job and the location was perfect for early morning trips down to Maihama and the Parks. Staff were helpful on checkin and hotel is right on the station, but quiet and you wouldn't necessarily know it - which was another benefit. Not a lot of amenities but had everything needed for a short stay where sleep was the key objective. "

"Stayed here with my girlfriend for a week, a little further out from center Tokyo, but perfect if you wanna have some space from all the busy areas at the end of the night, hotel was a perfect size for two people. Area is walkable, food spots, train station & convenience nearby. I would recommend if traveling with a partner. Very clean. I got it at a great price, compared to other, smaller hotels. Thanks. "

"Beautiful old Hollywood style Disney hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was impeccably clean. Happy entry was a nice perk. It was nice to be close to so many restaurants. The only downfall is trying to find an early breakfast to get to the gates early. We ended up going to Starbucks."
