"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible — one of the highlights of our stay. The location is unbeatable: two malls nearby, a convenience store on the corner next to a great Hawaiian restaurant with a decent lunch menu, and a FamilyMart on the second floor that also has a laundry facility — super convenient for travelers. We stayed here as a base for DisneySea and Tokyo, and the complimentary shuttle service was a game changer. It runs every 10 minutes for pickup and drop-off, which made everything so easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is nice, but rooms are a bit outdated. It's located a close walk to Bayside Station and offers a complimentary bus to Bayside Station as well. If you arrive back to your room late, restaurants are closed and the convenience store may be closed as well. Small selection of food options in the convenience store. I loved that my son was provided with a little goody bag which included a pair of house slippers and a toothbrush. He also had his own pair of pajamas, which he loved. Good hotel for the price."

"Our stay at Villa Fontaine was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring Tokyo. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with directions, transportation, and any questions we had. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. The rooms were well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was despite being in such a busy city. I would absolutely stay at Villa Fontaine again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable experience!"
