"Keio has always been my “go to” place to stay. Most previous business trips was the default Hotel. Still consistent with personal trips. Had to leave 1 Day early. I paid the entire amount when checking in. Let Hotel management know, they said normally have to go back to you for refund, but said they would credit back my CC. Hope it happens without getting hotels.com involved For refund "

"Property is very comfortable and conveniently located. Staff was great and the room was nice and clean. Really wish the Godzilla patio was open. A little bit of a let down since it is a feature of the hotel. "

We liked the fact that the hotel was slightly out of the city and found the trains were well connected into Tokyo station. I can’t really comment anything negative, we would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful rooms we had a nice view of the ocean and the pool. Shower was really good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Down side no other restaurants around except on property. The buffet dinner price is too high."

"I liked the location. Close to the Disneyland and Disney Sea Monorail. The front desk upgraded us to a room on a higher level and had views of the Disneyland castles and the Disney Sea volcano! We saw the fireworks from the room! Buffet breakfast was really good! Had a bus to the airport and had self storage for our luggage."
