"Room was clean housekeeping was amazing. The bathroom has a really funny smell, but overall it was a clean hotel. The breakfast is really good. Same thing every day, but the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located right by the train system so it’s good for transportation and there’s a 7-Eleven in family Mart right there also right by McDonald’s."

"Overall the other reviews have been accurate. As a titanium elite member with another hotel brand here are our takeaways. Location of the hotel is excellent. Access to the train system is very convenient. As is the limo bus to the airport. The area is very quaint. The hotel is dated. Overall it is very well kept other than the washrooms which are in a dire need of an update! They do not reflect ones expected experience of the hotel. Very far from it. Honestly, new Comfort Inns have nicer washrooms We opted for the lounge access suite which was spacious but the 3rd bed was the hide a bed couch. The mattress was horrible. Honestly that was not acceptable. Staff are excellent. Very well trained, professional, attentive and discrete. I was very impressed that they immediately offered us a late check out upon arrival. That made for a much more comfortable departure at the tail end of our trip. I would recommend the Lounge Access. It does have incredible views. Overall it is very well appointed and should meet everyone’s needs/choices. Bathrooms need work, 3rd bed as a hide a bed is not reflective of the level the hotel is trying to project. It does have a unique charm in that you are staying in a very well kept “time capsule”. It is the epitome i of 1980’s Park Avenue vogue and success. "
