"On arrival the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for the transport network and food within a short walk. Room was adequate for 2 people and clean. Hotel had washing room facility with a reasonable price. Even had microwaves to use and free ice. I would definitely use this hotel if I was to go to tokyo again. We had breakfast on one day and their was a great , fresh selection available."

"The bathroom was worth every penny I paid. It had great amenities. Great water pressure, a sunken tub and the softest towels I've ever had at a hotel!!! The breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty. So close to the Disney attractions. I would definitely stay there again"

"A very well run hotel- timely shuttle to the Disney parks. Excellent buffet breakfast and plenty of room amenities. Stayed in a family room and it worked out well for. Family of four"

"The property was clean, location was close to Shinjuku Stn South Entrance (for 1st timer to lavigate around Shinjuku and walk to Shabuya etc.) Air condition work perfectly, the room is abit tiny. It ok for petite tourists but maybe not for tall tourists. I think it manageable for tourists who dont mind. Overall, great stay."
