"It’s very quiet. Staff was very helpful. The only issue, the clothes dryers don’t dry clothes very fast. Ran dryer for 90 minutes and the clothes were still wet. Everything else was great during our stay"

"We had an ocean view which was spectacular. We could see Mt Fuji in the distance. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff in all areas of the hotel were incredibly helpful. It is so close to Disneyland via the monorail."

"We stayed here for 10 days and they literally have an app on the room’s tv that displays the live status/availability of their laundry machines. Not sure if that’s a standard thing but that was super awesome. Overall an incredible value, got a lot of bang for the buck with this place. Clean rooms, helpful staff, daily house keeping, and located a block from the nearest train station. 10/10 would stay here again. Fantastic ac as well"

"The property was clean, location was close to Shinjuku Stn South Entrance (for 1st timer to lavigate around Shinjuku and walk to Shabuya etc.) Air condition work perfectly, the room is abit tiny. It ok for petite tourists but maybe not for tall tourists. I think it manageable for tourists who dont mind. Overall, great stay."
