This check in was a disaster. Never got into our room. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone to help with check in and was left out in the cold late at night with my family. Had to book another hotel and eat $500 (yes…$500 for one night) because it was so confusing and no live person to help me. Only staffed from 3pm-7pm on Saturday. Terrible. For this price, someone should be available for assistance. Never received a response from the property after the request for help and it has been 2 days. However, they collected the money immediately. Stay away.

Check in was challenging bc they have a small window and it coincided with the football game. Our tv in our room was also not working, which was also disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was great. I always try and book here if it's available.

The phone # did not work (when i was trying to contact to tell them i would be arriving after hours, that did worry me as it was my first time staying there) until the leasing office was open on Saturday but chat method did when I was trying to get ahold of someone even during office hours on a Friday after 4p. All did work out. The place was definitely nice and will stay again if needed. I do highly recommend.

Let’s just say as soon as you book you’re basically on your own. There is no service and if you do find someone quickly ask for help. I checked in online when they sent me the link apparently they sent a message which is fine when I got there it was at 6:50. They close at seven they were already closing. They already walked out and the girl before I even asked, she said we’re closed and there was a guy that was standing at the door closing the door locking it at 6:50. When I got upstairs to the room, the room temperature was set up at 68 however, the room temperature was 78. You could only imagine how hot and humid that was. I tried to reach out to them on the number they sent. There was no way to leave a message. There was no answer. I called Expedia Expedia was able to assist by calling them, but nobody answer. Meanwhile, we went back to the room. I bought a fan from target and turned it on and turned the ceiling fan on. However, something happened to the air and it went down to 70 and the temperature was getting cold in the room and i still can’t adjust it because no matter what you do it still doesn’t adjust right. When I went downstairs in the morning to ask for help, they basically said they would help but they never asked for my room number.They never took anything down. All they did was just sit there and tell me to call on Monday for a manager. sidenote, there was a guy that was locked out of his room the night before. Horrible customer service!

Nice suite with kitchen and clean bathroom. Looked really nice and new. But the execution on comfort was lacking. Whoever purchased the cheapest beds and the worst cheapest synthetic tiny pillows should be fired. Was excited for this idea of having a kitchen until I found 2 knives, 2 spoons, 2 plates, a pot, and a fry pan but no cooking utensils/no cooking spoons or flipper. Pretty sparse. Spending the dollars to ensure a good comfortable bed and pillows and that you can actually make use of the kitchen would have helped with getting return customers. Cool new space but execution is the pits.

It is adjacent to a railroad crossing that is active at night. You can hear the train horn when it goes through. Was only an issue the first night as there were no horns the second night.

The rooms were set up as studio apartments for two room mates. The TV was not laid out where you could comfortably watch. The TV did not work until maintenance replaced the remote batteries. The AC worked great when you were awake but after maintenance made programming changes. At night the AC would shut down because no motion was detected. You had to get out of bed and make a motion to enable it to turn on. The location is a block from a busy hospital ER. Many ambulances passed... Perhaps the room selected by them was because I booked through Expedia, perhaps not. I would not recommend booking here.
