A very nice Bavarian hotel that is thoroughly modern and updated. The room was roomy, incredible view from the balcony, excellent full breakfast. Staff was very helpful and showed us the easy way to walk to the main street (only 15 minute walk) and showed us some nice walking paths to explore the area.

Wonderful little place with a very nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was delightfully appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent to vacation with family and friends

We were so happy that we chose this hotel. The rooms are very nice, our view was spectacular. Breakfast was substantial and fueled us until mid afternoon. Beautiful outdoor dining but make a reservation. Ettal is a charming town and close to many attractions.

Wonderful to be back at Das Graseck! It's a truly magical corner of the earth, our second visit and for sure we will be back in the winter months. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional with a good old sense of humour! Upon arrival, we were welcomed back and also, surprised with an upgrade to the loft suite, which made our stay super comfy and, of course the extra space and views were magnificent. Excellent breakfasts and dinner service, super selection of wines....

The hotel is a classic German hotel of its type and age. It has been very well maintained and is being managed very well by its current owners. Highly recommend it to anyone...

This hotel was hard to find. Located in the center of the city (photo looks like a different location). Google maps took us to another location. Go through their website to get directions! Staff here is GREAT!!! Friendly, helpful, and just nice people. Room was nice and very clean! Breakfast was excellent.

Great location for seeing area attractions. Also nice local restaurants with easy walking distance. The service and staff were excellent. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast that is complementary. They even had gluten free bread to accommodate my gluten allergy.

Quiet and beautiful area, clean rooms, and close to highway and few minutes by walk to the lake

This is truly one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had. I was with my family and all of us agreed we wish we could have just stayed there longer. The first level of excellence is the staff. To say they were friendly just isn't enough. The ladies are from Finland and now I have a desire to go to Finland. They conversed with us like old friends. It was an absolute joy having breakfast there and getting to know them. The breakfast is truly exceptional. The view from just standing...
