"The selection and variety of breakfast! A combination of traditional Germans and American foods. Everything was delicious. Staff was great and when we asked one housekeeper how she was she said “almost perfect” and that summed up our stay. We enjoyed massages, the pool and my wife liked the saunas. Things one should be aware of and ask about. Some rooms are adjacent or across the street like the suit we rented. While the restaurant is closed you can still bring your food to a nice area where the coffee and juice is. Local delivery is good and there are grocery, butcher and a couple bakeries with in walking distance. We tried them and all are excellent. "

"This is an authentic Austrian guesthouse with so much character and charm. We loved everything about it!! The staff were wonderful and even accommodated my brothers gluten free dietary requirements. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing place surrounded by the Alpes and meadows covered in wildflowers. It’s only a short drive to Mittenwald . We had half board and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and excellent dinner. I give it 10/10"

"The hotel was quaint but charming. Check in was quick, and receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room was a large king but the bed was low on the floor unlike more modern style beds. But the mattress was comfortable enough. "

"Delightful charming hotel with very sweet staff. We had a room for three people and it was very spacious and had all the amenities. Nice robe and bath towel for the pool and spa. The hotel is in fantastic condition so I’m wondering if it was nearly updated. The breakfast in the morning was very good and included. The grounds are wonderful and it’s close to nice little shops."

"Absolutely beautiful property, located in a perfect location for the local hikes such as Partnach Gorge. The accommodations were nice and cozy, sure they lack those modern details like your standard modern corporate hotel but its character and makes you feel at home. Staff were super friendly, even when I struggled to speak the German from my translation app, they were very patient with me. The breakfast buffet top notch, plenty of food and variety, its something I will miss when traveling to my next destination in Germany. I would stay here again the next time I visit Garmisch-Partenkirchen."
