Golden cave urgup

The hotel is quite nice nd comfort.Both manager and owner very helpful.But they didnt not clean our room automatically.We had to ask for it

It was just okay. They had a dog who would bark a lot when you tried to enter at night and that was scary. Plus it's not that walkable to eating places especially if you are with kids. Breakfast however was wonderful and fresh and they have us early breakfast as we had a flight. The owner is quite helpful however if you like going out and walking around then this place is a bit far from centre.

This hotel was awesome! We have three kids and without us asking they added extra beds to the living room for the kids. The kind bed was huge and fit my husband and I and our 3 yr old. The hotel is small but perfect. The suite however was huge. The bathroom and bath was perfect. The breakfast spread was unbelievable. Within 200 yards, one of the best restaurant called Prokopi is located. It’s fancy, but absolutely worth it (and currently quite affordable with US conversion). The owner will gladly help you book different rides and tours. It was a truly amazing experience. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone in this town is so welcoming, it’s really a pleasure to be there. Absolutely book it!!

We had a terrible experience with the hotel and I would STRONGLY recommend not to visit this hotel. The reception was arrogant and was not a pleasant experience. The cave itself was okay but without air conditioner, I would definitely not recommend during summer season. It was very hot (even though the hotel said it is cool in the summer). I asked for a fan. The hotel said “if you think logically the fan won’t help much”. I was just amazed how rude it was by saying that and how arrogant it was to use the word “logical” in that context. The guest was asking for a help (we felt very hot) and the hotel said that… I would say, throughout my 10 years of traveling experience, this hotel’s service was by far the worst.

EXCELLENT CAVE HOTEL

IT WAS A GREAT HOTEL WITH LIMITED NO. OF ROOMS AND STAFF, MR. FETHIYA IS THE ONLY ASSET TOTHE HOTEL, HE WAS SO NICE AND HUMBLE LTHOUGH HE COULD SPEAK VERY LITTLE ENGLISH BUT IN HOSPITALITY HE WAS JUST TOOOOO GOOD. WE HAD A VERY LATE CHEK-IN AND AN EARLY CHECK OUT HE REALLY MADE OUR STAY COMFORTABLE EVEN HE ARRANGED THE BREAKFAST EARLY FOR US INSPITE OF BREAKFAST TIME BEING AT 8:00AM HE MADE A NICE BREAKFAST FOR US EVEN THOUGH HE WAS FASTING AS IT WAS RAMZAN TIME. ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT THEY KEPT ONLY -1- BOTTLE OF WATER, WE HAD 2 ROOMS BOOKED AND THEY SAID TO USE MINIBAR FOR EXTRA AND WHEN I SPOKE TO THE OWNER HE IMMEDIATELY ARRANGED FOR ADDITIONAL WATER IN EACH ROOM BUT WE HAD TO ASK FOR IT. THEY COULD HAVE SIMPLY PUT -2- BOTTLES IN EACH ROOM. THE ROOMS WERE NICE AND PROPER CAVE ROOMS THEY HAVE LIMITED STAFF IN THE HOTEL BUT ARE EXCELLENT, ROOM SERVICE WAS ALSO NICE, BED/PILLOW WERE GOOD ONLY THING WAS TOWEL HAD HOLES IN IT. REST ALL WAS TOO GOOD. IT IS NOT IN GEROME BUT APPX 10 KM AWAY, BUT YOU CAN WALK IT TO THE CENTER BUT RETURN IS DIFFICULT AS IT IS IN SLOPES SO CLIMBING BACK YOU HAVE TO STRAIN YOURSELF. THEIR GOZLAME WAS JUST TOO GOOD FOR BREAKFAST WITH DIFF. TYPES OF CHEESE.. OVERALL ENJOYED MY STAY WITH FAMILY..

Hotel acolhedor, com funcionários educados e solícitos! Fiz um checkout cedo e solicitei um café da manhã, que foi feito com bastante carinho pra mim e minha esposa levarmos no transfer. O quarto na caverna é muito legal, só achei o banheiro muito escuro. Café da manhã bem gostoso, típico da Turquia e com pães e queijos bastante saborosos!

Certainly would recommend to anybody visiting Urgu

Staff was very welcoming, dealt with our needs straight away. Overall cleanliness was good, we travelled by car therefore we had no issues reaching anywhere but it’s certainly in good reach of city centre by 5-10mins walk. Good quite location, with a brilliant dog named Tarcin which my 2 year old daughter loved to bits
