La propiedad no está mal un poco el servicio muy deficiente regular de limpieza, lo que no nos gustó, fue que tuvieran a los animales. En cautiverio, tienen unos venados que creemos no ni siquiera son adecuados del área, no está mal, está espectáculo, o sea llegas y ves espectacular, el Hotel, pero si tiene algunas cosas que creo, podrían mejorar este a que capaciten a su personal en ser un poco más atentos en estar pendiente la alberca si nos dimos cuenta que nunca la limpiaron

El servicio es muy bueno las instalaciones estan muy bien, la comida es rica. MEJORAS: No puedes descansar en la noche por que se escucha todo, el colchon no es muy comodo pero sobre todo llega un punto en el que es momesto el ruido de las habitaciones ya que no estan bien planeadas las habitaciones se puede hacer algo acustico y sustentable

Un lugar muy bonito para descansar y pasar un buen rato en la alberca con vista al rio. En mi estancia encontre varios puntos que no fueron de todo mi agrado como no permitir consumir bebidas agendas al establecimiento (que es entendible pues es parte del negocio al final de cuentas), el hotel es de madera y el ruido en otras habitaciones es muy notorio, la alberca no esta comoletamente limpia alemenos en mi estancia no vi que la limpiaran.

Habitaciones no insonorizadas

El hotel es agradable, tiene una vista espectacular y el personal es muy amable, pero sus paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo el ruido que hacen los demás huéspedes, es difícil descansar si en la habitación de al lado tienen fiesta o ven películas con un volúmen alto.

Aquí puedes llegar en auto propio o taxi desde el puerto. Lo que no me gustó es que las habitaciones filtran demasiado el ruido, se escucha todo de todo y en alta fidelidad! Por lo que el descanso se dificulta. Lo demás excelente, la comida es riquísima.

Hermosas vistas

Primera vez que visitamos este hotel mi familia y yo, y para ser de la zona de Chachalacas está increíble, tiene una vista al río Actopan muy bonita, que hace combinación con la alberca y la fachada de las cabañas, muy buena para fotos Instagrameables. Lo único malo es que se escucha lo que hacen y hablan los de las habitaciones de junto, nuestros vecinos tenía la televisión encendida hasta altas horas de la noche lo que no permitía dormir. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, incluyendo el desayuno bufet. Sugiero presten atención al hecho que se escuche lo que hacen las habitaciones de junto.
