"The hotel doesnot honor online services mentioned. It was mentioned that we would have free breakfast but hotel denied it and said to contact hotels.com Tried to call and chat both to hotels.com but they were unreachable. Extremely disappointed by hotels.com. Have never came across such a pathetic lack of customer service before. Also, the hotel doesn't have twin beds. They will give you mattress to sleep of floor if you are more than 2 adults. Only good thing was that the room was clean which...

"1. Property location if good. 2. Cleanliness ok 3. Tea was served in plastic cups. We instructed to serve in paper/ceramic tea cups but waiter did not provide it. Breakfast was a big flop, they must improve it, we opted for Upma. 4. Room provided did not have any door bolt for main door and toilet."
