"The staff at this hotel are top-notch. Give them a raise. The hotel is a bit worn. The gym is passable, though the weight machine is a bit rickety and could use some repairs or replacing. Location is ok. Walking distance to where you need to go. What would make this hotel better is if the doors from neighbors rooms did not automatically heavy-slam shut and shake the walls of the room you are staying in. For this reason, I doubt I would return to this hotel unless absolutely necessary."

"The property itself was beautiful. The views were amazing. The decor was so elegant. My couple pieces of feedback - the room we stayed in was above the front entrance. Although it was non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes from the front entrance wafted upstairs to our room. The morning was difficult to sleep in as we heard a lot of doors slamming. "I stayed with my sister for 2 weeks at the aspera hotel and it was amazing ! From getting checked in staff were super helpful and really welcoming . Throughout the time we met such lovely staff and one staff member in particular was called soayb was the most amazing staff member and so lovely to talk to . I also made use of the spa facilities and they were amazing !!Also every staff member in the restaurant was super welcoming and friendly and the aspera is in the perfect location with the metro...
