"The hotel is somewhat dated but not in a way that would hugely affect your stay. The room we had was large, enough room for two grown women to enjoy, the bathroom was great, it was warm and the staff were always friendly and helpful! The location was great for everything we wanted as a couple of friends exploring the city! One day a towel we were given seemed a little dirty, but this was quickly rectified (they brought us new towels almost instantly). It is not luxurious but it is clean, comfortable and close to the main station! Couldn’t have asked for anything more considering what we paid! Breakfast was fairly basic (drinking machines for tea/coffee, fresh orange juice, some breads, cheese and meats, yogurts, etc.). My friend enjoyed the coffee, I’m not massively a breakfast person and so didn’t really go after the second day, but it didn’t bother me."

"Although our stay was just for few hours everything was excellent. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was open and had pizza. The service and the staff were awesome, very pleasing and attentive. We would like to stay there again to enjoy the city. 5 minutes walking to the Zurich HB station. "
