Very nicely furnished, modern hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. You can easily walk to the lake and old town but the tram also stops practically in front of the hotel.

Great breakfast and service from staff in general. A special thanks to the gentleman who attended to us when the actual receptionist was no where to be found for over 15 minutes. The room was fresh and the location very good. An extra treat upon our departure was also nice!

The desk clerks were outstanding. I recall considerable help from Alysia (?), a young, beautiful woman with smokes and many answer. Also a curly dark haired young man who checked me in and Gerome, who guided me to good walking. My room was small and perfect. The breakfast was fine.

The Best of Zurich Switzerland ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From a smooth, courteous and welcoming check in to an even amazing check out with Alecia. The entire team was naturally good at excellent customer service. I purchased a converter plug from the US and it didn’t work. It tripped off the electric. An expression that the team uses is “ no worries” I really found it reassuring and down right tension reducing. It’s like Jamaica in Europe. Lol. You know what I mean if you’ve ever traveled to Jamaica. This was in stark contrast to another hotel that I stayed at here in Zurich. The bedding is spot on and the rooms were very clean and the layout was thoughtful. I absolutely loved the deep soaking tub/shower. The location is perfect. Located not far from a beautiful lake, community shops with organic produce, fresh juice and foods to stock your refrigerator. I can not say enough positive adjectives to describe the restaurant staff. They prepare delicious breakfasts. The coffee with milk was probably the best I’ve had since visiting Portugal. The room purchased a room with “breakfast included”. I’m so happy I did because it was so delicious and freshly prepared with service that I’ve not seen in America for at least 30 years. It was so wonderful to stay at this hotel and I can not wait to return with my husband and adult kids, friends and retreat clients. It’s not far from the airport and a great spot to launch cool railway excursions throughout Switzerland and nearby countries by beautiful panoramic trains and ferries.

I was upgraded to a queen room with sitting area that was extremely spacious and comfortable. Great bed with eiderdown comforter. Bathroom was clean but there is a big step into and out of the tub/shower. Breakfast was included and there was a nice self-service buffet with good variety. Only thing missing is a gym. Location is also terrific; just a few minutes walk from old Zurich, the Kunstmuseum and Opera House. 15-20 minute walk to Bahnhoffstrasse.
