Lovely hotel and great staff.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Gym however is in the 'sister' hotel up the road. Spa very good and rooms clean and big! The staff in the bar/restaurant were superb.

Ogólnie OK. Ale dostęp do bezpłatnego WiFi to jakaś "legenda". W moim pokoju był całkowity brak zasięgu. Niestety ze swojego też nie mogłem skorzystać bo sieć GSM też miała słaby zasięg. Bardzo utrudniło mi to poranne obowiązki służbowe. Stąd taka ogólna ocena.

Några dagar i Ustka

Läget lite utanför. Fin matsal. Bra frukost i form av en buffe. Ett stort rum (28 m2) men ingen air condition i en temp. på + 33 grader utomhus. En liten fläkt på rummet. Äldre mörka stoppade möbler (med lite fläckar på) och en heltäckningsmata i grå-beige på golvet. Förutom tvål och shampo hängande på väggen i badrumet inga andra produkter. Inga näsdukar/hygienservettet. Observera att det är ett hotell med 4* och priset är därefter. Dåligt för den prisklassen.

Wszystko było w najlepszych standardach jednak brak klimatyzacji zmuszał do otwierania okna, które było na wprost skrzyżowania ulic. Hałas był minusem. Pozostałe rzeczy: obsługa, czystość, basen, posiłki w najwyższych standardach.

Ładny hotel z zewnątrz i wewnątrz. 4 gwiazdkowy standard. Pokój jednoosobowy jest naprawdę spory, a łóżko jest wręcz dwuosobowe:-) Łazienka nie za duża, ale czysta i wystarczająca. Płyn do mycia rąk jest przyjemny (ziołowy zapach: melisa i tymianek). Do mycia włosów się nie nadaje (stają się twarde, a nie ma tutaj odżywki do włosów). W hotelu jest basen (2 tory do pływania o długości 15 metrów I jaskinia z nurtem. Do tego bicze podwodne. Ratownik jest super (brawo za aktywną podstawę, pomoc i mnóstwo ciekawych informacji. Dziękuję. Jest też oferta SPA. Ale nie korzystałam, więc nie mogę się wypowiedzieć. Śniadanie jest w pełni wystarczające - szwedzki bufet z szerokim wyborem. Każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Są parówki, owsianka, jajecznica, naleśniki, a także jogurty, szeroki wybór serów I wędlin, jajka na różne sposoby, sałatki, łosoś I węgorz wędzony. Do tego kilka ciast i deserów. Smaczne.

Hallo, zuerst muss ich klarstellen das es in Ustka ein Grand Lubicz und ein Hotel Lubicz Spa and Wellness gibt. Wir waren zu zweit im Spa und Wellness für 4 Übernachtungen. Was uns gut gefallen hat: Das Hotel hat eine gute Stadtlage, es sind ca 10min zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, ordentlich und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich war für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben in Ordnung. Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Was uns leider nicht so gefallen hat: Das Frühstück ist 0 zu empfehlen. Es schmeckt nicht besonders, es gibt relativ wenig auswahl ( es gab zum Beispiel keine Heiße Schokolade). Es wurde geworben das das Personal unsere Sprache spricht, dabei war es bei dem Rezeptionspersonal schwierig und beim Küchenpersonal garnicht möglich deutsch zu reden. Das Küchenpersonal war nicht ansprechbar, hat nebenbei nicht das Geschirr abgeräumt und hat nach unsren Anschein lieber selber im Hintergrund gefrühstückt. Wir kommen darauf da das Personal mit leeren Tellern zum Buffet gegangen ist und mit vollen Teller wieder hinter. Was unserere Meinung ebenso nicht gut war, das der Wellnessbereich offen für andere Leute war. Somit hatten man auch Gäste die nicht im Hotel waren. Bei den doch recht kleinen Wellnessbereich fanden wir dies garnicht angebracht, schließlich passen nur max 4 Leute in den Whirpool. Schlussendlich muss man aber sagen, dass das Hotel aufgrund des Preises in Ordnung war, wenn man aber was besonderes Sucht ist man hier leider falsch

Weekendowy pobyt z dziećmi

Hotel ogólnie oceniam bardzo dobrze; pokoje, hall, restauracja, basen - ładnie i czysto. Śniadanie smaczne. Obsługa bez zastrzeżeń. Brakowało mi jedynie jakiegoś miejsca, w którym można by miło spędzić czas wieczorem (jakiegoś baru, pubu). Jest co prawda duża restauracja, ale czynna do 22-ej i nie oferuje odpowiedniego klimatu do posiedzenia przy drinku. Tak czy inaczej - polecam hotel!

Schönes Familienhotel, zentral gelegen.

Positiv: guter Service, nettes Personal, zentral gelegen, nur ca. 5-10 Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Negativ: Strassenlärm (vor allem im Sommer, bei offenem Fenster). Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es ruhig im Zimmer, allerdings schnell auch sehr warm/heiss, da die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage besitzen.

Trevligt!!

Fantastiskt rum i trevligt hotell! Spa-avdelningen bestod av en pool med grotta. Vi tröttnade på 30 minuter. Bra behandlingar till vettiga priser. 30 minuter massage kostar ca 150 kronor. 15-20 minuters promenad till hamnen och gågatan. Jättetrevlig liten stad!!!

Hotellet kan knappast beskrivas som 4 sjarnig. Inomhus poolen var i minsta laget. Okunnig personal pa SPA. Rekommenderas ej.
