A quiet residential area on the outskirts of the attractive Baltic Sea resort (Rowy), near a forest. The beach is 1 km away and the town center is approximately 800 m away.
This is one half of a comfortable, two-story semi-detached holiday home. On the ground floor, there's a living room with access to the terrace (TV, fireplace, dining table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms and a second bathroom (with a washing machine). The house is heated by a fireplace (a starter kit of firewood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There's a relaxing terrace with garden furniture (for exclusive use), deckchairs, and barbecue facilities.
The well-maintained, fenced property is available to guests of both halves of the semi-detached home. There's an attractive playground and secure parking.

Included in the price: Bed linen, electricity, water, gas, firewood (starter kit), final cleaning, internet, and parking. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The resort of Rowy lies between the Baltic Sea and Lake Gardno. The town boasts a wide range of well-rated bars and restaurants. A short walk from the holiday home through the town center and across the Łupawa River, which connects the open sea with the lake, leads to the gates of Słowiński National Park (the third largest in Poland). Numerous charming walking trails allow you to visit its main attractions: the Czołpino lighthouse, a flooded forest, shifting sand dunes, heathlands, a lighthouse keepers' settlement, and viewpoints over Lake Gardno. Walking along the dunes, which can reach up to 40 meters in height, is an incredible experience. The park stretches for approximately 35 km along the coast, between Rowy and another attractive seaside resort, Łeba.
The beach in Rowy is exceptionally wide. The fishing port and the neo-Romanesque church are worth visiting in the town.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
