"This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"

"We stayed at Shangri-La Hotel Colombo recently, and overall it wast a truly wonderful experience - though our beginning wasn't quite perfect. On arrival we did face a few problems and we were concerned this would affect our stay. But I have to say the team responded and resolved every thing quickly . Every staff member was polite and attentive, nothing was ever too much trouble, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for every day. What can I say... the breakfast was superb, with wonderful variety fresh local international dishes and excellent service in the restaurant. All our dining experience was consistently high quality. The hotel has easy access to 1 Gall Face Shopping mall, convenient for sights and easy travel around Colombo. I would highly recommend Shangri-la Hotel without hesitation and thank you to the team for making our trip special, We will definitely be returning."
