"When we checked in our room it was decent, it didn’t smell fresh but it didn’t stink. We discovered the tv wasn’t working and when we called the front desk they stated they were aware and it would be fixed tomorrow. They offered no apology or accommodation. Our shower leaked the entire stay and the shower knob broke. They didn’t offer clean towels nor did they clean our room or offer to take the trash out and we were there 5 days and were a family of 4. I will NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend anyone. For what we paid $1381, we should’ve received much better service than that. "

"Clean room, helpful staff, hotel could use some updating. Breakfast was a solid spread with many options, not a lot for those who are more health conscious though. Fitness facility has many broken pieces of equipment and no water, but useable and able to get a decent workout in."

"If the bed didn’t make my back hurt worse it would be a higher rating. Hard and stiff bed made my back horrible, surgery 8 months ago. Sitting and watching tv hurt my back. The pool was painfully cold, I only got in waist deep. The breakfast was great, and it was very pretty inside with nice art on walls. Two days there killed my back, uncomfortable furniture…. Great tv"

"The check in person was outstanding...courteous, friendly, helpful. He noticed that we're older folks and offered us a first floor room with parking right outside the door, which we appreciated. The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay."

"The place was surprisingly fantastic! I'd never heard of it before but I guarantee that I will stay there again anytime I'm in town! Great value, clean, and breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the place."

"Hotel felt old and outdated. Didn’t feel welcoming. We had called before we made the reservation to ensure that they had an airport shuttle, and the gentleman told us the hours and said no problem. Upon arrival, the agent was very irritated that we hadn’t made arrangements ahead of time. Would not stay here again."
