"The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...

"The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us."

Room great quality, lots of drink options including extra bottled water, and a very comfy bed and large TV. Breakfast excellent and the staff couldn't have been nicer, both on arrival and in the morning. Plan to use for future visits to the area. "

"We came for 4 days to go to Download festival and it was perfect. The staff are all lovely.. especially Emma! Always helpful, even leaving out cardboard for our extremely muddy boots. The walk along the canal is beautiful too. Highly recommend this place."

The interior decor of the room was beautifully thought through and fet cosy and homely.
