  • Located 10 minutes walk from the city center of Uzès, this fully restored villa has all the comforts for a great holiday under the Gard sun. With an area of 80 m² and having 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 6 people.
    Very well equipped, this villa offers all the necessary comfort:
    - 1 living / dining room with table 6 seats
    - American kitchen with complete household appliances
    - 3 bedrooms with 1 large double bed in each bedroom
    - 2 bathrooms: 1 with bath and 1 with shower and WC
    - 1 garden with barbecue, garden chairs, deckchairs in 1 fenced residence
    A garden surrounds the house where it is good to rest and have lunch in the shade of the trees. An above-ground wooden swimming pool 4 meters in diameter allows you to cool off. Children will be delighted to bathe in the hottest hours, under the watchful eye of their parents who will be able to sunbathe.
