"The hotel is located off a side street of the main shopping street. Due to this it is very quiet location. The room we had was small but perfectly suitable for a couple. The bathroom was large and clean with a very good shower. Check in was very smooth and the kind staff even brought us some tea to our room. "

"Not worth going, we slept in a mould smelling room, we asked others that we’re staying they said there’s was also smelling. the toilet and bathroom was not cleaned at all, shower had no window so the water went everywhere with a puddle in the bathroom as the water wasn’t going through pipes. We had stains on our pillows and towels . No proper lighting the room was dark and no air conditioning was working. Not worth your money."

"We recently stayed at this hotel in Giresun. Overall, it was an acceptable experience given the city, but there are several things that need serious improvement. First, the shower was clogged, which made using it very uncomfortable. At breakfast, we were told there was no coffee, even though there clearly was some available.
