"Overall gor a one night stay it was fine. The staff were very friendly allowing me to leave my bag on arrival due to being too early for check in. Location was fantastic next to the Tower. Downsides: Could not get hot water for a shower at all plus the tap in sink was similar. Very basic amenities and the place is "rustic"."

"Beautifully located hotel in a stunning setting. We would happily stay here again. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was small, but clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed. The only slight issue was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, although we never asked reception for help so it may well have been something that could have been resolved easily."

"Bed was awful. The matress is literally 4 inches think. I've slept on more comfortable cots. No hot water in the morning. Breakfast was meh. Lots if road noise."

"Overall, the hotel was clean with good parking near it. However, sometimes the hot water for taking showers did not work well. Also, the TV inside the hotel is relatively small which I believe it needs to be upgraded. But, if you are planning to visit Italy and not pay much, this is a good choice. It's near Florence (~30 min drive in evenings and ~1hr during the rush hour) with plenty of free parking spots near it. It's placed in a not extremely crowded city (Empoli) which is nice. Rooms where quite and housekeeping did a really good job every day. Another point that I have to mention is their internet. EXTREMELY FAST which is a good thing specially for people who are taking business trips."
