"Amazing resort"

"Kaani Palm beach was excellent hotel. I enjoyed my 3 days with very good breakfast. My room was beach facing with balcony. Clean and resonabily maintained service items. One of the plugs was not work. I repoted and they sent a electrician straightway. A small but decent infinitely pool was very good with excellent views. Face to face communication was very good with the staff. But over the telephone, it was a bit weak. The weakest link is the advise on transfer from the airport to Maafushi is less frequent outside of 7 am to 6 pm, also the costly. Hope some clear information transfers and well published timetables would have been very useful."

"Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. Negative: Wifi have very bad signal and is very slow, poor breakfast, mosque is behind the hotel, no elevator in the hotel We had a very good stay in Velana hotel. I suggest the hotel."

It's amusing how they try to learn different languages and are fantastic at engaging with tourists in their own languages. I met many wonderful people during my visit. "This was our trip to the Maldives and our first time at Lily's. Traveling during the low season helped us avoid the crowds and high prices. The Sunset water villa, which comes with a personal butler, is highly recommended. Our butler, Mussey, took care of all our needs. While our stay wasn't perfect, Mussey resolved all issues efficiently and swiftly. Despite being one of the older properties in the Maldives, Lily's maintains its rooms and grounds very well. With over six decades combined in the hospitality industry, my wife and I can be quite critical about accommodations and service standards. We'll return to collect our special memories scattered throughout the resort and island."

"Amazing, simply exceptional! My wife and I loved the resort. Large, clean rooms with everything you need. A great big bed, excellent showers and facilities (gym etc). Such fantastic service too! I would recommend the Premium all Inclusive as this package includes two day trips to nearby islands (which are amazing *Thanks Shakeel!) and a couples massage. Overall 10x stars!!"

"Hotel was the best you could imagine I was with my son, which is a fussy eater he love the food over there me to. Best restaurant on the Gulham is in Ayala. Big choice from burger to chicken tikka masala. All the staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. I had very good feel about that hotel. From the moment you book the room they looking after you till the moment they get you back to Airport. You can prearrange transportation from Male Airport for $25 per person paid at the hotel and contact through the WhatsApp. Very very clean hotel they do clean rooms twice a day. Thank you to the Francis from reception and the other young lady and lovely people in the restaurant and all the others which I don’t know the names but they make my stay very memorable. Ps the air condition works great as everything else in that hotel they even have premier league Chanel. Thank you very much"
