"Great property in downtown Napa, excellent staff, very comfortable rooms etc "

"After reading some reviews I was iffy but all my worries went away once we got there. Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist warned us that there are no elevators which wasn’t a problem for us as it’s only 2 floors. Room was clean, and had shampoo, conditioner, and even lotion if needed which was nice to know just in case we forgot anything. We never made it to breakfast but breakfast is available. Parking was easy. It’s also located within walking distance to a dominos which was really convenient. We only stayed one night so we wanted a budget friendly opinion. After my experience, I’d definitely stay again. "

"The lobby smelled of urine. The person checking us in did not want to help us. He was absolutely not helpful when we inquired about our diamond elite status and kept saying “water, that’s all you get.” Even though the app showed differently. We tried to ask him about parking later that evening and he waved his arms in circles to show “all of it” even after we walked away. The room was clean but the shower needed a good scrub. For the price we paid, we expected some sort of friendliness. But it is what it is and I know this is a hotel to never rebook."

"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with free electrolytes in the mini-fridge and there was a Nespresso with plenty of pods. It also smelled really nice. There was a spacious semi-private outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Staff was helpful at the Spa, though the Lobby / Check-in person was kind of awkward. Maybe she was new. The grounds are huge and it's easy to get lost, so be prepared to do lots of walking or continuously call for a golf cart to chauffeur you around. It's also kind of confusing the way the "rooms" (which are stand-alone units) are numbered, and I couldn't figure out the order or logic behind it. That said, it was lovely, clean, and the amenities are incredible. Guests get free access to use the sauna, steam room, salt room, and adult-only heated pool for free, but have to make a reservation and have one hour to use the spa facilities."

"The breafast menu should not be salty. The hot links are terriable. Need to have waffles or pancakes as an option. Serve real eggs. The poweder ones are awful too. "

"I spent really good time with my friend. The room was simple and modern taste and cleaned up completely, very quiet during the night. All of The staff were very kind. I really recommend to stay here!"
