"As a repeat guest of this establishment, upon my inital check-in on March 30 2026 at approximately 1230pm, I was experienced an unwelcoming demeanor from the front desk staff at this establishment. Not sure if it was the way I looked, dressed or my ethnicity (asian). Upon presenting my form of payment, (Zip, Pay in 4), to the hispanic female front desk attendant, she questioned my form of payment to the General Manager or Manager on Duty(Caucasian Female) Jazmine Bonnett. The MOD said that they do not take Zip as payment, but they have taken it in the past. On the fly, the MOD "decided" not to honor this credit card. The sign posted on the desk ONLY mentions Chime, Venmo and Cashapp as payment they DO NOT accept! She added, "as of today, we will not accept that form of payment. That statement is ridiculous in itself! Customer service was rude and overall terrible! I will continue to follow up and leave reviews that spotlights the inconvenience and overall lack of customer service at this "hotel". Be consistent with what is communicated with your guests and do better at your "job". If not, you wont have one soon!"

"The property was better than we imagined. I brought my wife to Napa for the first time to celebrate her 50th birthday. I let the concierge know in advance and they really took care of us with a room upgrade, wine and bubbles with strawberries along with a handwritten note wishing her a happy birthday. The property was really nice and clean and the staff was fantastic. They have a nice pool, courtyards with games, a nice bar and restaurant. It is also conveniently located across the street from the vine trail and between downtown Napa, St. Helana and Calistoga. If you are thinking about staying here, go for it. You won't be disappointed."

"Listing makes multiple mentions of golf course but makes no mention that you actually do not have privileges to play there - you must be a member or book a stay directly through the Silverado Resort. We had a nice vie of the course - just couldn't play there. Washer and dryer are not in room - they are coin operated machines on the other side of the resort. There was a room of machines close by in the pool area but we did not have access to the pool area because we did not book with the resort. Gate requires a code from the resort - not from Napa Residences. We could not find any sheets for the pull out couch. Texted with property manager - no one was available to deliver that night - they were delivered the next morning. Our unit was a little old. A couple light burned out and made living area dim. cracked drywall, stain in bathroom sink, dirty shower curtain, cracked corner guard on wall. Not a terrible place - just not a luxury place that the pictures suggest. "
