La literie était en très mauvais état. Le repas du soir a été interminable car le service est trop long par contre la cuisine était bonne. La piscine inutilisable car l'eau etait trouble. Très déçu.

La location bella ma datata, ha vissuto tempi migliori, ed è un peccato perche la struttura è bella, ma un po' trascurata. La camera pulita e comoda, a un certo punto è andata via l'acqua, abbiamo chiesto notizie al personale, e non siamo stati i soli, ci è stato risposto che a volte accade... alla minaccia di chiamare l'ufficio

Soggiorno piacevole, personale un po’ particolare ma molto gentile, struttura munita di molti servizi peccato non poterli utilizzare anche dopo le 20, piscina esterna bella ma piena di api, nessuno è stato graziato da una puntura, sarebbe utile una disinfestazione.

Dejligt hotel med god pool hvor vi havde 2 overnatninger. Hotellet er ikke top moderne og mener ikke det er 4 stjerner, kun 3. Men udsigten var fantastisk. Men vi fik god betjening. Personalet var venlig og hjælpsom. Værelserne var gode og god rengøring.

Hotel da incubo

2 giorni per concludere un viaggio con mamma. Attesa per check in 1,15 ora perché la camera insieme a quella di altre 2 ospiti doveva essere ancora pulita. Abbiamo scoperto poi che le camere sono pronte dalle 17 in poi almeno per la nostra è stato così anche il giorno dopo. Comunque sua pulizia camera e parti comuni pessima: polvere ovunque, letto non tirato, tappeto del bagno gettato dove l’avevo lasciato, terrazzo sporco. Colazione con dolci “antichi”.e di pessima qualità ( confezionati) Unica nota positiva rimane il personale professionale e sorridente. Peccato perché la struttura è potenzialmente buona.

Very nice staff. Quiet hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, nice grounds. Good breakfast with a fancy self serve espresso/cappuccino maker. We stayed in an updated room with a large balcony. Rooms are quite basic, worth getting one that has an updated bathroom.

Me ha encantado este hotel, el lugar y el entorno es precioso, las instalaciones de hotel son muy bonitas tanto la piscina interior como la exterior. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, pero el baño es un poco antiguo , tendrían que hacer unas pequeñas mejoras. El Recepcionista muy amable.

Lovely people & countryside, a bit outdated

Demidoff resort is in an absolutely beautiful spot, not too far from a town with services, but far enough away to not be in town. All the staff there are lovely and speak multiple languages. The bartender was especially friendly and makes his own awesome limoncello. The resort itself is a bit worn and hasn't been updated in a while. The room was comfortable and larger than you're going to get in neighboring Florence, but as I say, everything could use some modernization. Not to say it wasn't comfortable and it was very obviously clean and well taken care of. Florence is about a 30 minute drive, maybe a bit less if you know how to drive like an Italian.

Nice visit, beautiful location, would recommend!

Beautiful location and great to get away to “ the country” for the evenings. Good breakfast, twin beds put together were on the hard side and carpet was not vacuumed. Everything else seemed clean in the large and attractive room.

Local excelente. Hotel tinha tudo para dar certo, mas a limpeza e manutenção estão pessimas. Alcatifas muito sujas, colcha da cama velha, rasgada e encardida. lençois da cama tinham cabelos assim que abri a cama. Muito mau.

davvero un bel posto

struttura moderna in mezzo al verde, arredata con buon gusto e ricca di servizi, con piscine, sauna e palestra. Letto molto comodo, televisore grande e wifi con segnale abbastanza buono. Personale cortese e servizievole. Buona la colazione e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo (perlomeno nel periodo in cui abbiamo alloggiato noi). Ci torneremo volentieri.
