House in a charming village in the countryside, near the Olivettes Dam

Charming, fully renovated 70m² village house. Two outdoor spaces. Table and chairs for al fresco dining in the courtyard and on the terrace. A modern kitchen with a four-burner cooktop, small refrigerator, and microwave opens onto a large main room with a large bay window leading to the terrace and offering magnificent views of the surrounding hills and the 17th-century presbytery housing the renowned Aponem inn. Reversible air conditioning is available in the kitchen/dining room and living room for an additional fee of €30/week, payable on arrival (mandatory). Air conditioning is essential with the large west-facing bay window in summer. A large refrigerator with a freezer is available in the garage, which is accessible for a medium-sized vehicle (the door is old and should be handled with care). The house also includes a living room with a television, a 9m² bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), and a 6m² bedroom with two single beds (90cm). Thank you for being eco-responsible regarding water consumption from our spring, which faces a real risk of drying up every summer. I can provide sheets for an additional €20 per set. A charming, peaceful little village nestled among hills of holm oaks, pines, vineyards, and olive groves. A small lake, just a 3-minute walk away, offers a refreshing dip and a place to relax in the shade. The Peyne River flows just above, a paradise for anglers. A dream for cyclists, with hiking trails starting right from the house. All amenities are 7 km away. Cap d'Agde and its beaches are 40 km away, Pézenas and its artisan streets are 20 km away, Lake Salagou is 30 minutes away, and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, a must-see on the Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James), is less than an hour away, situated on the edge of the stunning Hérault gorges. Lamalou-les-Bains and the banks of the Orb River are also easily accessible. I gladly rent it to people seeking nature and authenticity. I am electrosensitive, so the entire electrical system is isolated. There is no Wi-Fi, but a very good phone connection that allows you to tether your computer.
