"First the good. House was well equipped in the full kitchen and bedrooms had all needed for a stay. There are showers/bathtubs in all bedrooms but only the downstairs master bedroom has a toilet. Two other toilet rooms one down and one up. The bad. As noted in earlier review the ice maker on refrigerator doesn't work. Still made ice but had to dump it into tray wouldn't come out door. When we arrived the air conditioning system wasn't on and after turned on the next day it needed a part which...

"What a beautiful place to stay. A stunning, tastefully decorated home on a working vineyard. We had four small families stay in both Petit Mas and Mas Meyeau and everyone was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for family dinners and games around the kitchen table, and lots of fun to be had outside with the pristine pool, a ping pong table and petanque. Sabine made a delicious birthday lunch for us all to share. The food was fantastic. The property is also a great base for...

La Bastide de Vaison

La Bastide de Vaison

8/10 Good
"The hotel room was one of the nicest we’ve had on our trip. We were in the junior suite. The hotel itself is very nice. One problem is that the hotel is located about 5km out of town and there are no restaurants in the immediate area. As a result, if you do not have a car, you have to get a taxi to go into town for drinks, dinner and sightseeing. We paid between Euro 39-40 for each way for the taxi. The other problem is that the check-in hours are very restricted. As we are near the end of the tourist season, the pool and its area were closed and we did not have access to that part of the property. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly."
