  • Duplex gîte on the second floor of a house including other accommodation rented year-round. 2nd floor: entrance, kitchen opening onto a balcony, living room - lounge (140x190 cm convertible sofa) opening onto a second balcony, separate WC. 3rd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x190 cm, bathroom (shower). Non-private parking space in front of the gîte. Ski room. Comfortable cottage with two balconies offering a clear view of the surrounding peaks. Duplex offering comfortable and warm living spaces. Immediate quality environment in a quiet residential area close to the slopes, shops and services. Comfortable cottage 500 meters from the ski slopes, in the center of Termignon. Village center with shops and services 200 meters away. Many other stations nearby: Lanslebourg 6 km, Bonneval-sur-Arc 25 km, Aussois 11 km, La Norma 17 km. Bessans Nordic area 18 km. Entrance gate to the Vanoise National Park by Bellecombe 14km away. Wide choice of hiking and mountain biking trails from Termignon in summer. Italian border via the Col du Mont-Cenis 16 km away. Col de l'Iseran, highest road pass in Europe (access via Bonneval) at 39 km.
