"We stayed in the old traditional Lipari home and it was absolutely beautiful. For a couple, there was nothing better than waking up to the view out over the sea in the morning as the sun was rising. The property was so quiet and peaceful too. We could have breakfast on the porch, swim and snorkel in the private rock pool and along the coast and shower outside beside the house. It was well managed, had all of the cooking amenities we needed, and was a lovely place to unwind and relax. Our host made it easy to check in, going as far as having a taxi ready for us after the ferry dropped us off and offering to call us a taxi to return to the ferry.
