The staff did accommodate storage of our refrigerated prescription meds. One downfall is there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room. "

"This was a quick sleep stop between train and plane and I didn’t have expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, the bed and bedding was divine and the shower was lovely, unlike typical hotel showers. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a taxi from the station to the hotel and another from the hotel to the airport were both easy. Highly recommend. "

"I had a truly excellent stay at the Hilton Madrid airport. Check in was seamless. The room was spacious, well-maintained, sparkling, clean and incredibly quiet. The mattress was super comfortable and I had a great night sleep because I was leaving early. I declined the breakfast buffet, but it smelled great as I was checking out. Catching the shuttle to the airport was seamless and free. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The underground parking was very small i think that the hotel should mention that prior to booking as i had rented a suv and had lots of struggles pulling in and out of the hotel garage. Overall it was an great experience and they have friendly staff."
