"Very polite and efficient staff at reception."

"Good room with a decent size TV, very good shower and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have breakfast, but the evening meal on the 1st night was very good and reasonably priced too - real ale also excellent. Hotel and bar area has a really cozy feel and obviously very popular with local peolpe and cyclists too. "

"Considering I had booked a budget single room and was expecting a small box room I was blown away . Nice sized double room breakfast included amazing value..the staff were lovely the girls in reception particularly helpful.. would definitely stay again "

"This was a little gem of calmness.excellent location and well placed for the beach and our walks around the island .great room with plenty of storage ,really comfortable bed .would recommend this to anyone looking to stay on the island.amazing bus service on the island ,great views and obviously the history and museums from the occupation. "Personnel jamais disponible, agacé à toute sollicitation: 1/4h d'attente à la réception malgré la sonnette, idem pour entrer dans la salle à manger, pour quoi que ce soit. Salle de bains SANS balayette, gobelet ou patère. Aucun ménage effectué en deux jours. La balayette de wc nous a été carrément REFUSÉE (wc sales en arrivant et donc en partant). Il a fallu demander des serviettes propres et du papier toilette. Jamais vu ça."
