"Our flight was delayed, our car booking delayed and Google got us lost up a mountain but the host persevered finding us at 1am to guide us to the villa. Adrian is a superhost for sure. He gave information, answered calls immediately, whatever I asked he provided. He even washed and polished my car as mountain dusty at bear sanctuary.
